At Digitallynked.com, we strive to deliver high-quality digital marketing services (including social media promotions, Google Ads, SEO, and other online marketing solutions). Due to the customized and performance-based nature of our services, we have the following policies in place:
1. Cancellation Policy
- Service Cancellation: Clients may request cancellation of ongoing services by notifying us in writing (via email or support ticket).
- Notice Period: A minimum of 7 days’ notice is required before the next billing cycle (for subscription-based services).
- Cancellation Fees:
- No fee for cancellations requested before work begins.
- Partial charges may apply if work has already been initiated (based on resources used).
2. Refund Policy
Since digital marketing services involve strategic planning, ad spend, and labor costs, refunds are limited to the following cases:
Eligible for Refund:
✅ Service Not Rendered: Full refund if payment was taken but no work was started.
✅ Service Dispute: Partial refund (case-by-case basis) if services were not delivered as agreed in the contract.
Not Eligible for Refund:
❌ Ad Spend & Third-Party Costs: Payments made to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or other platforms are non-refundable (we have no control over these charges).
❌ Completed Work: No refunds for delivered reports, creatives, or executed campaigns.
❌ Change of Mind: Refunds are not provided if the client simply changes their mind after work begins.
3. Process for Refund/Cancellation Requests
- Submit a Request: Email us at info@digitallynked.com with:
- Order/service details
- Reason for cancellation/refund
- Review Period: We will respond within 5–7 business days with a resolution.
- Refund Processing: If approved, refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 14 business days.
4. Chargeback Policy
- Unauthorized chargebacks/disputes may result in service suspension and legal recovery actions.
- Clients must contact us first to resolve issues before initiating chargebacks.
5. Modifications to Services
- Clients can upgrade, downgrade, or pause services (subject to terms in the service agreement).
- Any changes must be communicated before the next billing cycle.
